Q: Do you charge a travel fee or call out fee?

A: Yes, since we come to you, a small travel fee applies depending on where you’re located. This helps us cover time and travel, so we can bring the full Love Your Beauty experience right to your door.

Here’s how it works:

• Within 35km: A minimum spend of $100 is required (travel included).

• 35–59km: A minimum spend + $50 travel fee.

• 60km+: A minimum spend + $100 travel fee.

We’ll always confirm the travel fee with you before your booking, so there are no surprises—just ease and relaxation from the moment you say yes to your treatment. ✨

A: Please have a quiet space available with good natural light (if possible), access to power, and a spot I can set up my treatment bed. You don’t need to tidy up—this is your time to relax.

A: Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is perfect, especially for facials and waxing. For spray tans, I recommend dark, loose clothes and avoiding bras or tight waistbands afterward.
